Shipping & Delivery
Clear, documentation-ready fulfilment for wholesale coffee, green cardamom, Kashmiri saffron, private-label, and export orders.
How Your Order Moves
Every shipment is planned against the confirmed product specification, quantity, packaging, destination, and commercial terms. Final timing and freight arrangements are stated in your accepted quotation.
1. Order Confirmation
We confirm product, crop or lot, grade, quantity, packaging, label requirements, destination, payment schedule, and any buyer-specific documents before procurement or production begins.
2. Commercial Minimums
Unless otherwise quoted, standard minimums are 100 kg for coffee and green cardamom, and 1 kg for Kashmiri saffron. Samples and trial quantities are confirmed separately.
3. Lead Time
Your estimated dispatch window begins after cleared payment, specification approval, and final artwork approval for private-label orders. Seasonal availability and custom processing can affect timing.
4. Packaging
Available formats depend on the product and order. We confirm food-grade inner protection, outer cartons or sacks, unit weights, palletisation, labels, and destination markings before dispatch.
5. India Delivery
Domestic orders can be arranged by approved road, rail, courier, or freight services according to volume and destination. Freight responsibility and delivery point are stated in the quotation.
6. Export and GCC Delivery
International orders may move by air, sea, road, or multimodal freight. The agreed delivery basis, routing, insurance responsibility, and transfer of risk are recorded in the commercial documents.
7. Export Documents
As applicable, a shipment may include the commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, shipping documents, and destination-specific food, plant-health, or product records.
8. Customs and Import Duties
The buyer is responsible for accurate importer information, permits, local product registration, customs clearance, taxes, and destination charges unless the accepted quotation expressly assigns an item to us.
9. Tracking and Updates
When available, we share dispatch confirmation, carrier details, document copies, and shipment references. Carrier and customs updates remain estimates until delivery is completed.
10. Inspection on Arrival
Inspect cartons, seals, quantities, and the supplied lot promptly. Record visible damage or shortage with the carrier and send photographs, delivery documents, and batch details without delay.
11. Delays Outside Our Control
Weather, crop disruption, port congestion, carrier changes, customs checks, government action, or other events outside reasonable control may affect delivery. We communicate material changes and support practical next steps.
12. Delivery Support
Your order is delivered according to the agreed schedule, with ongoing support for future supply requirements. Contact us early if your destination has special documentation or receiving rules.
