Certifications & Compliance

Buyer-ready guidance on the registrations, food-safety systems, and supporting records relevant to wholesale coffee, spice, private-label, and export shipments.

Documentation Built Around the Order

The exact record depends on the product, supplying facility, buyer specification, and destination. We confirm applicable documents during quotation and before production or dispatch.

Coffee Board of India

FSSAI

IEC / DGFT

The Importer Exporter Code issued through the Directorate General of Foreign Trade supports eligible commercial import and export activity from India.

GMP

Good Manufacturing Practices establish practical controls for hygiene, handling, people, equipment, production, storage, and facility management.

HACCP

Halal

Halal certification may support buyer and destination requirements when the relevant product, process, and supplying facility are covered by a valid certificate.

Verification Before Use

Certification scope, facility name, product coverage, validity dates, and destination acceptance must be checked for each order. A logo or standard name is not a substitute for the valid certificate and applicable scope. We do not represent a document as applicable until it is verified for the confirmed supply programme.

Shipment Documents May Include

Depending on product and destination, the agreed document set can include:

  • Commercial invoice and packing list
  • Certificate of origin
  • Product specification or certificate of analysis
  • Phytosanitary or health documentation where required
  • Batch, lot, packing, and traceability records
  • Applicable registration or certification copies

Confirm Your Documentation Requirements

Send the product, quantity, packaging, destination, and buyer requirements. We will confirm which records can support the proposed supply programme.
